Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EMT Pilot ("we", "us") collects when you visit emtpilot.com or work with us, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact information you send us by email, such as your name, company and email address.
- Study materials you share with us for a pilot or engagement, such as simulation models, profiles and result files.
- Website analytics provided by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in aggregated form: page views, country and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you request.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use client study materials to train machine-learning models without written agreement.
Confidential study data
Simulation models and results are treated as confidential. They are stored only for the duration of the engagement plus any retention period agreed in writing, are accessible only to team members working on your project, and are deleted on request. Where parts of a study are processed by a third-party AI provider, we use business-tier services whose terms exclude training on customer data.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers, each bound by its own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing), Google (email), Anthropic (AI services), and GitHub (source code).
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to maintain the business relationship. Study materials follow the engagement terms described above. Aggregated analytics are retained by Cloudflare under its standard retention periods.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to hello@emtpilot.com. Residents of jurisdictions with specific data-protection laws, including the EU/EEA, UK and California, have the rights granted by those laws.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
