Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of emtpilot.com (the "Site") and, unless a separate written agreement applies, the pilot and study services provided by EMT Pilot ("we", "us").

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial redistribution.

Services and engagements

Pilot studies and paid engagements are governed by a written statement of work or master services agreement. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.

Engineering results

Predictions, set-point estimates and setup checks produced by EMT Pilot are planning and quality-control aids. They are not evidence of compliance with NERC PRC-029 or any other standard, and they do not replace a simulation run with the inverter OEM's validated models. Compliance evidence and report sign-off remain the responsibility of the licensed engineer of record and the project owner.

Intellectual property

The Site, the EMT Pilot software and our documentation are our property or that of our licensors. Client models, data and results remain the client's property. Each party grants the other only the licences needed to perform the engagement.

Confidentiality

Information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential, including simulation models and study results, will be used only to perform the engagement and protected with reasonable care, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or, absent a written agreement stating otherwise, from the services. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-party marks

PSCAD, PSS®E, Claude and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or the technologies we build on.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
